This league is known as the Tompkins County Soccer - Fall League or TCS-FL. TCS-FL is administered by the Lansing Soccer Club (LSC) which is affiliated with FIFA, USYSA, and NYSWYSA.

The philosophy of the TCS-FL is that a Fall Soccer League is needed in the TCS geographic area that provides U8, U10, U12, and U14 players with the chance to experience a level of soccer beyond what local Recreational Soccer programs can offer. This level of play is viewed as a step between Recreational Soccer and the BCSA Spring League. The TCS-FL expects that the level of commitment on the part of the Players, Parents, and Coaches is above and beyond that expected of Town Sponsored Recreation Soccer Programs.

The TCS-FL will be governed by the LSC Executive Board and administered by the Fall League Coordinator.

Teams will be registered with NYSWYSA. It is required that teams wishing to play in the TCS-FL be affiliated with a soccer club that is a member of NYSWYSA. Each club must assign a field coordinator.
